Archdiocese of Newark Announces Phase 2 Directives Allowing Public Weekday Masses

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Cardinal Joseph W. Tobin, C.Ss.R, Archbishop of Newark, announced this week that Phase Two of the Directives for Re-Opening Churches has been approved as part of the ongoing, three-phase reopening process for parishes throughout the Archdiocese.
